Summary: We had reached out to the hotel before booking regarding luggage storage and we were told that it was a service they offered. We were going to be arriving around 9a but check in wasn't until the afternoon. The morning of, we got an email stating that the front desk would be closing for the day at 3p. I responded immediately asking how we'd get our bags and was told "we'll figure something out". Upon arriving, there was no secure place to store our bags and rather we were told to leave them by the desk and he would move them to our room later. This was not a great solution but later that night, we did find they were in our rooms safely. The room was awful. A 4 person room for a mixed group of people had windows that you could see into the shower and toilet area!!!! I was traveling with my brother, his wife and a friend. There was also a lot of janky "fixes" to the room. A drawer turned on it's side covering up a hole in the floor to act as a side table. Thank goodness we were only staying one night but I can not, in any way, recommend this property. Even worse, it was the 2nd most expensive hotel on our trip and the 2nd worst!
