On the second floor of our traditional island house is our newest and smallest vacation apartment with a view of the historic houses of the pedestrian zone. Warm colors, natural materials and modern ambience in combination with old building flair create a unique feel-good atmosphere.
The two rooms are divided by a curtain, which provides visual spaciousness during the day and is further emphasized by the high ceilings.
In the modern, bright shower room, the radiator keeps warm towels ready for you.
The old town of Lindau is located on an island in Lake Constance. Medieval house ensembles, atmospheric squares and narrow alleys form the picturesque backdrop for your vacation.
The harbor entrance, flanked by the lion and the lighthouse, is Lindau's landmark in front of a breathtaking panorama of the Alps and the lake. This is only 100 meters away from your apartment.
You live in a historic Lindau island house, which was lovingly renovated by the owner in 2018, taking into account the preservation of historical monuments. The original character of the house was preserved and stylishly combined with the most modern living comfort. High ceilings, large windows, wooden floors and spacious rooms provide a light and homely atmosphere. The redesign of the 1st floor was professionally realized by an architectural office in 2014, living substance and interiors completely renewed. In 2018, the vacation apartment Auszeit was newly created on the 4th and 5th floor. In this course, the entire house received an elevator, with which they can comfortably approach your vacation apartment.
