Positive: Fantastic location. Between Grindelwald, Interlaken and Lauterbrunnen. Away from the hordes of people but close enough (1.2km) from the station. Luzia was a great host, checking in whether we needed anything including a pick up and drop off at the station. The apartment itself is huge, with 2 bathrooms and all the amenities you need for a self catering stay. The terrace outside had magnificent views.

Negative: The ceiling is a little low as mentioned in other reviews. This also means you can unfortunately hear the walking above as the apartment is below the family house. Though Luzia mentioned we can let her know if its too loud. So I wouldn't recommend for anyone that is noise sensitive or a light sleeper. The main bed in our opinion could have been more comfortable.
