Very beautiful, bright apartment in the 4th floor with view of Schöneberg and the greenery. You enter the apartment via a lavish hallway with cloakroom. The apartment with cable (Flat screen) TV, DVD-Player, stereo, internet and telephone (both with unlimited use) has a dining table for 6 persons, a comfortable sofa bed as well as a book case with information on Berlin and light fiction for rainy days. There is a seating corner with sun umbrella on the southern balcony. There is a cozy, lavish bedroom with double bed and large cupboard as well as a small bedroom with a comfortable sofa bed and 2 wardrobes. The kitchen with breakfast counter is fully equipped with dishwasher, cooking range with fume hood, baking oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, electric kettle and toaster. Crockery and cutlery as well as cooking utensils are available. The bathroom has a shower, a big wash basin, a mirrored cabinet and blow dryer. Parking space optional 8 €/night.
