This chalet is located in the Bernoud district of Nendaz, on the banks of the Bisse du Milieu and just a few minutes' walk from the centre of Haute-Nendaz and the Tracouet ski lifts linking Nendaz to the rest of the 4 Vallées ski area.

On the entrance floor:
1 Bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin.
1 Bedroom for 4 people (2 single beds and 2 single bunk beds).
Utility room and garage.
1st floor :
Open plan fitted kitchen.
Dining room.
Comfortable living room with fireplace, TV, DVD, CD, iPod, WIFI.
Intermediate level (between 1st and 2nd floor):
Large bedroom with double bed for 2 people and en-suite bathroom (bath, WC and washbasin).
On the 2nd floor :
2 Bedrooms each with 2 single beds that can be placed next to each other.
1 Bathroom with shower, double washbasin and WC.
Outside: 1 uncovered parking space. Terraces and balconies. Magnificent views of the Alps.
Equipments:
Kitchen: 4 ceramic hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, 1 cheese fondue set, 1 raclette set (with small pans).
Other: hairdryer, charcoal BBQ.
Practicalities: One private parking space in the garage and one uncovered parking space in front of the chalet, laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Ideal location for a holiday close to nature while remaining close to the centre, its activities and shops.

Wood for the fireplace and charcoal for the BBQ must be provided by the tenants.
In winter, access to the chalet is generally easy (fairly flat) but may require chains or a 4*4 vehicle in the event of heavy snowfall.
