Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish modern alpine style apartment in the beautiful town of Chateau d`Oex. Boasting epic mountain views from its 44m2 wrap around balcony, you can enjoy the sun all day! The stylish kitchen and bar allow for spending cosy winter evenings eating cheese fondue, whilst the bbq and dining on the terrace ensures epic apero`s and al-fresco dinners. The three bedrooms, all with mountain views, and two bathrooms make for a comfy stay for both families and friends.
The space
Having bought the flat as our mountain getaway and we have set it up to make it feel like a true home! The entire apartment has alpine style wooden floors with underfloor heating to ensure a cosy feeling throughout.
The living area has a modern kitchen with oven, induction hub, espresso machine and everything you need to cook your own food. We also have a traditional Swiss cheese fondue set, including old fashioned Swiss plates! The living room has a big, comfy sofa and a Samsung the Frame TV.
The three bedrooms (kingsize master, a double room and a bedroom with bunk bed) have all the comfy bedsheets and other amenities you expect. The third bedroom doubles as an office, with a desk and a comfy chair.Our main bedroom has an ensuite with a two person tub, whilst the second bathroom boasts a rain shower.
Finally, our epic 44m2 balcony is facing both East and South. This means not only a great sunrise, but sun throughout the day. The balcony is kitted out with a dining table for 6 persons, two sun loungers, two chairs especially set up for sunrise coffee and a Weber gas grill.
The chalet is located ca 100 meters from train station "Chateau d`Oex la Palaz" from where you can take a direct train to Montreux, Gstaad, Saanen & Zweisimmen.
