Summary: I have stayed in this hotel several times over the last 20 yrs. I haven't been since 2019. It apparently has new owners. Breakfast can not be added the morning of. It used to be included the rooms are very outdated. Beds are so uncomfortable. Linens are horrendous. Towels and wash cloths are so rough you dont want to rub them across your clean body.I am American and speak pretty good German. They do not speak much English. We booked for 5 nights left on the 3rd day and will never go back. The old owners made it feel like home. These owners have done nothing to make it better since 2019. Being an Army brat I loved this area but I will definitely never stay here again
