*APPARTMENT - "INSELGLÜCK"*
The apartment "Inselglück" is a 1 Bdrm flat, 50m² (600 sqft.)with a spacious bedroom, Living/Dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, even for the passionate cook.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, sorry there is NO ELEVATOR, but we will assist you with the luggage !
The "Inselglück" is in the heart of the island, located directly at the OLD CITY Hall and only a 1minute walk from the famous harbor promenade. All the restaurants, cafés, bars, pubs, shops, museums, train station, supermarket, bakeries, butcher, theater, movies, casino, parks, beaches.... and much more is just around the corner, easily reached in walking distance.
The entire apartment has wood flooring, central heat. We provide WiFi at DSL connection at no charge. The apartment is furnished with high quality furnishings.
There is a large Flatscreen TV (including CNN,BBC), DVD Player with a movie collection, CD/Radio, Boardgames, a large selection of books and magazines, all the information of what to do for visitors. We also have compiled a folder with our favorite personal recommendations for our guests.
The bedroom has a 2mx2m (Kingsize) natural woodframe bed, with a fine foam matress. We provide duvet covers, on request we gladly provide anti-allergic covers.In the bedromm is a large closet and a chair with lamp for reading pleasure.
The apartment ist equipped with all the neccessities for a longer stay, so that our guests feel "at home".
*CHILDREN*
Children up to 6 years stay for free. For Babies we provide a baby crib. Unfortunately we can't accommodate children older than 12 years. Highchair is available.
*KITCHEN*
The kitchen is fully stocked with all modern appliances even for the passionate cook, we love to cook, it is important to us. We also provide a Nespresso machine, pots, pans, flatware, spices, Filter Coffee Maker, Tea, Utensils and Glasses and a Picnic-Basket,
*P A R K I N G*
Since we are on a scenic island parking works like this: You can easily drive up to the apartment for loading, then we will supply you with a parking permit (included) for a secure parking area near the island. Walking distance to the car: 10 min.
Our tip: Travel to Lindau by train. Everything in Lindau and around the lake is easily reached by: Foot, Bicycle (Rent), Bus, Ferry . The station is located 300 yards from the apartment.

There is secure and covered room inside as well as outside the building to park bicycles. Lindau and the surrounding area is perfectly suited to be explored by bicycle and a lot of people do that.
