The bright and friendly penthouse (completion 1996) is located above Meersburg (20 minutes walk downhill into the Meersburg old town and the lake) in the district Daisendorf on a slope to southwest aligned (Lake Constance - and mountain panoramic view). To the northeast (10 m in front of the hillside house door) directly join the extensive forests and meadows of the Margrave to Baden. Viewed from the south side, the apartment is built on the hillside, on the third floor. The panoramic view of land, lake and mountains is correspondingly wide and magnificent.
