Summary: The wifi and TV didn't work in our room.
Parking is only on the street, so there is NO Parking if you show up late. Had to park 15 minutes away walking.
No water in the room.
We had a shared bathroom with other people on the floor.
Our room had a sloped ceiling that was awkward for a small guy and painful for a big guy. The lamps are all on the floor because they can't be on a table with the slope.
Walked stairs to 3rd floor with bags. Very old school.
Summary...
OK to sleep there... Safe and staff are nice but not going out of the way to solve problems or requests.
Check out guy didn't want to be bothered... having personal calls. Left key on the counter.
So...
Lots of expected amenities aren't there so don't be surprised by "No" when you ask about the amenities listed above.

Summary: Rude greeting on arrival, room also was storage for towels and linen, no wifi in the room, cleanliness could be improved toilet brush was disgusting, food was poor quality and left spare key in the door with all our stuff inside luckily i returned early. I think people would only use this hotel once i don't think they have repeat customers, in my opinion.
This is the worst review i have ever left!

Summary: The property is in a very nice area, with easy access - either walking or by tram - to the old town of Heidelberg. The room itself could have been very nice, if it had curtains (!!), some guidance on what lightswitch does what, and a better maintained shared toilet / bathroom. There are also no parking spaces at the property, so guess have to obtain temporary parking permits from the property for 5Euros for 2hrs, find a parking spot in the surrounding area, and display the permit in the car

Summary: Light bulbs were missing - in the hallway and in the room and bathroom. Had to use my handy light to see and unlock the door. The dinner I had was really good though. The room seemed clean but the bathroom could use some work.

Summary: The hotel was clean and the downstairs bar had a big screen tv showing the Euro Cup. The drinks were cold and refreshing and the staff was attentive and helpful.

Summary: I liked this property, except my door looked like it was kicked in. Also, parking wasn't very convenient. If it wasn't for me getting lucky on finding parking, I would have had none as free parking is limited. However, I slept like a baby and the property was quite beautiful and unique.
