This detached house is quietly situated at the edge of the locality very close to the forest, on a side street with little traffic in the climatic spa town Hohegeiß.
The large, furnished terrace provides a parasol and a Weber charcoal grill. The site is not fully fenced and the enormous lawn has ample space for playing and fun.
The ground floor of around 55m² consists of a living room with a TV and sofa, a fully-equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine and dining corner, as well as an adjoining bathroom with a shower and WC. The upper floor comprises three bedrooms each with a washbasin. The climatic spa town and winter sports resort of Braunlage is just 12km away and easy to get to by bus or car. In winter the illuminated cross-country skiing trail runs past the house about 100 metres away. The access to the Hohegeiß alpine ski centre is also nearby.
