ED Refnr. 2772412 Cosy holiday house with a terrace on a holiday house estate near the natural beach, for extensive walks and cycle tours, freshly caught fish, trips to Vorpommern and Rügen, boat tours or relaxing on the beach, for families with children, as well as pets The site with a holiday house is in Stahlbrode on a little holiday house estate right by the water. Park your car on arrival and let your holiday begin. The ca. 45m² house comprises a bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed and a kitchen with all the necessary utensils (crockery, cutlery, cooking accessories) as well as a dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The cosy living room provides a sofa bed, a TV and a radio. Games, cards and books are available for the whole family. A hygienic dog bed, a water and food bowl await your pet. The light bathroom has a shower, washbasin and WC. There is a site of around 300m² with a car parking space. The house has a spacious south-facing terrace with an adjoining lawn. The site is not fenced. Dog owners note that there is no dog fence. A charcoal grill and a table and chairs are provided. There is a washing machine by the harbour (900 m) that can be used for a fee. There is a bakery service that calls by on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9.30 to 9.55 at the bungalow estate. A highchair and a travel bed can be provided free of charge on request. The beach is not overcrowded by mass tourism. The shore is flatly shelved. The nearest general grocery shop is about 3km away in Reinberg or there is a Netto around 6km away in Brandshagen. Stahlbrode is an idyllic little fishing village with around 300 inhabitants. It is by the bodden coast in Vorpommern. Flat sandy beaches, lines of reeds and beech forests characterise the landscape. You can find a little fishing harbour and fish smoking facility here and purchase freshly caught fish daily. There is a marina with moorings and boat hire (also available without a permit). The Fährhaus by the harbour in Stahlbrode will treat you to fish specialities or tasty meat. You could also go on a trip to the island Rügen, with ferry crossings every quarter of an hour for cars, bicycles or pedestrians. Along the shore there is the long-distance walking path E9. From here you also have direct access to the Baltic Sea coast cycle path, as well as a beach with stone, sand or grass. Apart from boat tours, you can enjoy fishing, surfing, swimming or sailing, relaxing or sports. Stahlbrode itself offers peace and quiet and is also an ideal starting point for exploring the natural beauty, places of interest and events in Vorpommern and Rügen. From Stahlbrode, it is 15km to Stralsund, ca. 18km to Greifswald, ca. 80km to Rostock (A20, ca. 30 mins.) and ca. 50km to Usedom. The island Rügen can be accessed by car ferry (Stahlbrode-Glewitz) in ten minutes. In Falkenhagen about 3km away you can find a veterinary practice.
