Summary: This is an old building that has been renovated. The bathroom was new and clean. The location was close to the railway and the main tourist area. The staff on reception were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. We were disappointed that the room was so cramped - based on the room area on the web site saying it was 18 square metres and our experience of other rooms that size, it seemed much smaller than that.
