Positive: Location was great in a pedestrian shopping area and close to underground station. Keyless entry was so convenient and room was clean, warm and comfortable.

Negative: The entrance should be more attractive and welcoming to give a better first impression. Complimentary coffee and cups not provided but would be so appreciated on arrival, as kettle and refrigerator was great to have.

Summary: Comfortable and central.
