Positive: Clean and comfortable room, with helpful staff.

Negative: The hotel was on the outskirts of Freiburg, and was difficult to get to without a car. From the main train station you have to take a local train, followed by a bus to get there, or walk a kilometer from the smaller train station with your luggage. The hotel had air conditioning, which was a huge plus.

Summary: Lovely hotel, but too far from Freiburg city center.
