Positive: Great location. We got an upgrade and the room was spacious and we had a nice view of the lake. The staff was friendly, and they helped us with our luggage. Breakfast was very filling and satisfying.

Negative: We got parking right infront of the hotel but had to pay for it directly at the hotel. It was around 8 CHF. Usually parking is included at hotels especially when I got parking right infront of hotel. If it was acroos street at the parking lot then it would have made sense to pay but not hotel's parking.
