Charming original Danish holiday home directly on the dike in Tönning/Olversum. The house stands on a 2600 square meter, partly natural plot and offers pure North Sea feeling. A small stream surrounds the rear property. On the dike you can enjoy a breathtaking view over the bird sanctuary of the salt marshes and the extensive Eider all the way to the Katinger Watt nature reserve and Dithmarschen. Sheep everywhere. Also flocks of birds, in May and June a pair of swallows breed over the front door. The beautiful garden and the natural part of the large property give the impression of being far away from everything. Combined with the very quiet location and the vastness of the sky, our holiday idyll gives you a completely relaxing break accompanied by the diverse voices of unspoiled nature. In this peace you can find new strength. Let yourself be enchanted. Large living/dining area, large winter garden. 2 bathrooms, one with a shower, one with a bathtub. 5 small bedrooms (typical for Danish holiday homes), 3 of them on the upper floor (thin wooden beamed ceiling). Bed sizes 3 x 1.60 m and 2 x 1.40 m. The entire ground floor is equipped with underfloor heating. There is also a fireplace in the living/dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped, but without a microwave. There is an induction cooker from Miele, a classic coffee machine, an espresso maker, a kettle and a soda maker from Sodastream. The house exudes a very special atmosphere thanks to the rustic Danish construction combined with the large windows. The house is also ideal for a break for two. There is a HI-Fi system with a Bang and Olufsen record player at your disposal. The television is also from Bang and Olufsen. There is also a Bluetooth music box. Numerous books, including tips for the region, as well as various board games round out the offering
