Positive: I have stayed at this property previously and have generally had positive experiences. The location is excellent and particularly convenient for my needs, the rooms offer good value for money, and the staff have consistently been friendly and courteous.

Negative: On this occasion, however, the standard of housekeeping did not meet expectations. Plastic cups were left in the room and were not removed during servicing. Additionally, the bathroom did not appear to be cleaned daily. Housekeeping seemed limited to bed making and floor mopping, yet items such as plastic waste on the floor beneath the table were consistently overlooked.

Summary: Overall, this stay was impacted by service inconsistencies.
