Positive: The apartment is clean, very nicely furbished and has an exciting internal structure (with three half-stories). The bed rooms are upstairs and are very cozy while the spacious living room is at the "main" level. There are two balconies, with a hammock on one of them which is a superb extra touch. We only stayed a night, just stopping to sleep on our long car drive but I could see relaxing in the flat after a long day in Munich. Communication was great, and the instructions to pick up the keys and get in the flat were straightforward.

Negative: The neighborhood didn't seem very inviting but I think most people would only catch the public transport to go into Munich, so this is probably not a big issue. Also, we had to park on the street and it wasn't easy to find a parking space and had to walk ~5 minutes to the apartment. I think this was temporary as the flat usually has a private parking space which wasn't available to us at the time.
