The apartment consists of a living room, a shower room and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher on the ground floor and a bedroom and a full bath with bathtub upstairs. The basement also has a washing machine and a pool table. In addition, there is a seating area in front of the house, which is suitable for sunbathing, barbecues and lingering.
