Summary: The spa is too small. They have room for multiple spa/pools and there should be a sun shade,. The staff was perfection. Cleaning service staff were so sweet and kindly just switched towels and took trash as needed for a 3 night stay. Shout out to Gerard, who was the chef's kiss to our entire stay. He made us feel so welcome! He had coffee brewing pre breakfast service on our departure day, as well as meaningful conversation. Just a blessing to my husband and I. Most natural, yet accommodating, hotel experience at a budget friendly price point. We booked 2 rooms for our family of 7. They knew to place our rooms next to each other. Breakfast was great! On site parking was great! Everything was good here, but I have to stress that the staff made it great. Housekeeping, kitchen, desk were great. Gerard was above and beyond and took this place from an 8.5 to a 10. Hope he sees this. My husband misses you! Me too my friend!
