There are two holiday homes on the property. The houses are staggered one behind the other, this is the rear holiday home Aue-Oase which is suitable for a maximum of 16 people. The roofed terraces of the houses are about 40 meters apart. If both houses are booked, there is seating for over 36 people on the terrace of Aue-Oase and up to 27 people can stay in the semi-open living-kitchen area.
On the ground floor there is a large living area to which there is also a covered terrace with seating (the terrace from the other holiday home is approx. 40 m away) which merges into an open kitchen area. The living area is with a color TV, a satellite.System and a radio with CD player, the kitchen area with a dishwasher, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, a washing machine, a coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle and a coffee pad machine. There are five cocktail chairs and an L-shaped sofa in the living area. In the kitchen area there is seating for up to 16 people and in the living area there is space for eleven people. There are also two bathrooms on the ground floor, each with a double sink. Fireplace (including firewood). Upstairs there are a total of five bedrooms (no sloping). Four bedrooms with double beds (box spring beds 160 x 200cm bed size), one bedroom with a bunk bed 90 x 200cm, and one bedroom with a bunk bed 90 x 200 cm. There is also a bathroom here. Outside there is a shared garden and vehicle parking spaces available. A large game and sports field is about 150m away. The baker is approx. 250 m away and also has sausage, cheese, jam, milk, etc. in its range. For larger purchases, Otterndorf or Cadenberge can be reached by car in about ten minutes.

In the surrounding lowlands you can take wonderful bike tours everywhere. But there are also many leisure activities nearby.
