Very cozy holiday apartment very close to the Baltic Sea - only about 250m straight to the beach promenade (free wi-fi), to the pier or to "your" beach chair! Supermarket and children's playground are also just a stone's throw away.
The NO SMOKING apartment is (according to Wohnflächenverordnung and because of the sloping roof) "only" 42 square meters, but seems much larger. It has 2 rooms on the 2nd floor. OG of the apartment house, a gallery (in the 3. OG) can be reached from the living room via a staircase. This is partly open to the living room: Here is a tandem bed and a reading & play area.
In the lower part of the apartment is the bedroom with a double bed (single mattresses 90 x 200 cm), cozy under the pitched roof with sunlounger and a spacious bedroom closet. The modern shower room with underfloor heating was completely renovated in April 2019.
The kitchen unit integrated into the living room was renewed in December 2013 and is well equipped: 4-zone ceramic hob, extractor hood, fridge with freezer compartment, large microwave, dishwasher, ...

In the basement of the apartment house is a communal sauna, as well as community WM + WT (all coins). The behind the house located community garden u. a. be used for barbecues. Garden furniture and two bicycles are available.
Bed linen and towels are usually brought along, but can also be rented (specify when booking).
A fall protection grille for the upper floor is available, it must be checked by the user for proper condition (use at your own risk).
