The lake is just a 12 minute walk away and also museum like the well known art museum or the botanical garden are just a 10minute walk away. one free parking space in the garage.The apartment is located in one of the posh areas of Zurich and surrounded by many old and nice townhouses great for nice walks. A free parking spot is provided.

As you enter the building the apartment is on the ground floor on your right. The bright apartment consists of a spacious living room with a bedsofa (suitable for one adult or two kids) and dining area, a modern and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher a bathroom with bathtub and two bedrooms with a comfortable 160 x 200cm bed in each bedrooms.
A highlight of the apartment definitely is the terrace with garden and a beautiful view into a lovely quiet park. Although the apartment is in midst of the city you will feel the calmness of the green surroundings.
Please note that one bathroom is full and the other is half.
Guest Access:
Check-In possible anytime after 4pm and check-out is possible anytime before 11pm. There is no need to arrange a personal meeting. Just put the keys back in the lockbox. You will receive all information 24h prior your check-in.
The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located in one of Zurich's posh neighbourhoods. Walking around you will notice a lot of green nature, museums and also wonderful villas. It is quite and save and at the same time super central and close to trending bars, restaurants and shops.
Getting Around:
Getting around is easy as actually all you will need to enjoy a great stay is in a 5-15' walking distance from the house. If you are to lazy to walk, busses and trams in all directions leave 50m from the apartment.

city sounds, including those from construction. Currently, construction work is underway adjacent to the
apartment building. We assure you that the construction work is strictly regulated and adheres to all legal
guidelines, ensuring no noise is made outside of the designated rest periods.

* While we love pets, unfortunately, our villa is not pet-friendly at this time.
