Positive: Great location for Europa Park, spacious, good comms from owners before arrival

Negative: This is a long list. Much of it will seem petty but I'm mentioning it because other guests have left similar feedback in their reviews and what's really frustrating is the owners have ignored it. Here goes... 2 bed, not 3 as advertised Nowhere to hang hand towels near the bathroom sink Sofa too small for 5 No bedside tables or lamps Lumpy pillows and duvets (and stained!) No washing up bowl or plug for kitchen sink Don't respond to messages on Booking.com after arrival, just blanked us TV doesn't work Scratchy towels with bleach stains Creaking sofa beds No clothes dryer No iron No shower mat No doormat A 'welcome guide' that just tells you what not to do - not very welcoming No hairdryer No soundproofing to upstairs apartment (can hear hairdryer, dishwasher etc)
