Positive: convenient location to the city and stadium, calm and spacious, easy reservation and check-in handling

Negative: the velux windows in both sleeping rooms neither have an internal nor external window shades which prevents from a decent sleep as from early morning as the sun shines straight into your face. several things were broken such as shower (water spreading out on all ends which reduces the already very low shower pressure and make the shower close to unfunctional), floor lamp, BT box. some of the bed sheets provided were dirty and not inviting to sleep at it. Without these major issues value for money would have been ok.

Summary: Good Location but lacking some basics!
