Summary: All the reception staff working from the 20-22nd of November were outstandingly friendly, professional and thorough. Please extend my compliments and appreciation to them. My heating didn't work, and they took care of it swiftly. The newly renovated rooms are great and very comfortable. The renovation sounds were a bit loud, but I expected as much.
