Splendid house in the centre of Caviano, dating back to 1762, completely restored with great charm, fine materials and attention to detail while retaining its original character. Situated in a sunny and very quiet location, it offers a beautiful view of the lake and mountains from the terraces and upper floors.
Tastefully furnished with antique furniture from Ticino. On the ground floor there is a large typical Ticino fireplace with a large dining table and kitchen. The floor is made of Valle Maggia granite while in the cosy living room the floor is made of oak, the same material was used in the rooms.
Both the dining room and the living room have access to a terrace furnished with a table and a shower/WC. The rooms and the second shower/WC are on the upper floors.
