Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The location was very good and very close to the Aubing station (S-Bahn 4), just a 5 min walk. The check-in process was smooth: the landlord met me and handed over the key; they even allowed me to check in a bit early because of my situation. I am grateful for the flexibility. The studio was spacious, with a separate kitchen. The shower was good with hotwater. The beds can be brought together if needed. The living space was copious as well. There is also outdoor space to take the sun, Overall, very good.

Negative: The kitchen could be a bit better stocked. There were no coffees or teas. The utensils, though sufficient felt like it could do with some thinking and organisation. Of course, a TV would be useful for some other guests perhaps though it wasn't important for me. These are minor improvements only and wouldn't take away from the fact that this is a great space.

Summary: A good studio apartment in a good location - 15 min from town centre.
