Located directly at the Oberberg golf course at 400 meters above sea level. Two balconies and two terraces with a fantastic view of the Bergisches Land invite you to linger. A large living room with an open, top modern kitchen, large dining table for 12 people and box-spring sofa bed form the heart of the house. In the attic there are two bedrooms, each with 2 box spring beds and a guest toilet. Three further bedrooms, each with a double bed (180x200), are located in the basement. There is also the luxurious bathroom with a large corner bath, toilet and experience shower. Another bathroom with shower and toilet can be found on the ground floor,
