A water access with a small slipway for paddle boats is right next to the house. 2 bicycles and 1 kayak are available for use in the summer months. Behind the house it goes directly to Hauenstein Castle and the forest beyond, only 5 minutes away on foot. At the house there is a carport with 3 parking spaces, a washing machine can be used in the laundry room.
